Frisée and Apple Salad with Dried Cherries and Walnuts

From the kitchen of Carly

Bitter frisée gets balanced by crisp apple slices and tart dried cherries in a honey-shallot vinaigrette. Toasted walnuts add texture and warmth to this elegant, simple salad that works as a side or light main course.
