- 13/4 ounce 12-year-old Irish whiskey, such as Redbreast
- 13/4 ounce 12-year-old single-malt Scotch whisky, such as Bowmore
- 13/4 ounce Green Chartreuse
- 13/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 13/4 ounce fresh pineapple juice
- 11/2 ounce orgeat syrup*
- 15 dashes habanero bitters, such as Bittermens
- 1Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
- 1*Orgeat is a sweet syrup made from almonds
- 1sugar

Instructions
Chill a punch glass.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Irish whiskey, Scotch whisky, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup, and bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Fine-strain into a chilled glass, finish with freshly grated nutmeg, and serve.
