Cranberry Sauce with Dates and Orange

From the kitchen of Carly

Tart cranberries meet sweet dates in this sophisticated sauce, brightened with fresh orange and balanced with balsamic vinegar and cinnamon. The two-stage cooking keeps some berries intact while others burst into syrupy richness. A standout alternative to traditional holiday cranberry.
