From the kitchen of CarlyBitter meets bright in this homemade citrus powder. Blanch peels three times to soften the edge, then slow-dry until brittle and grind to fine dust. Use it to punch up desserts, season fish, or brighten morning oatmeal with concentrated citrus flavor.
