Blackberry-Gin Fizz

From the kitchen of Carly

Blackberries get crushed into a bright, seedless syrup, then spiked with gin and lime for a fizz that's tart, botanical, and impossibly refreshing. Thai basil adds a subtle licorice note that makes each sip feel intentional. Perfect for warm afternoons.
