Ginger Tea

From the kitchen of Carly

Fresh ginger steeps with black tea, then gets blended smooth with evaporated and condensed milk for a creamy, spiced drink that's equal parts warming and indulgent. The ginger bite cuts through the sweetness perfectly.

  • 12 tablespoons loose black tea leaves
  • 11/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 11/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
