Fruit and Spice Bonbons

From the kitchen of Carly

Chewy dried fruit and warm spices come together in these no-bake bonbons. Mix chopped apricots, plums, and figs with cinnamon, ginger, and allspice, then roll into bite-sized balls. Coat in cocoa, nuts, or sugar, or leave them plain for pure fruit flavor.
