Ingredients

  • 13 cups frozen raspberries
  • 11 cup tequila blanco
  • 13/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 11/4 cup agave syrup
  • 11 1/2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
  • 14 (1/4-inch-thick) lime wheels (optional)
  • 1Kosher salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend raspberries, tequila, lime juice, agave, ginger, and 2 cups ice in a blender until smooth.

  2. If desired, rub rims of old-fashioned or rocks glasses with lime; dip rims in salt. Divide cocktail among glasses and serve with lime wheels, if using.
