Fig and Thyme Jam

From the kitchen of Carly

Sweet, jammy figs soften in sorghum syrup brightened by orange zest and thyme. This sophisticated spread stays chunky, not overcooked, so you get whole fruit texture with natural herbaceousness. Spread it on toast, swirl into yogurt, or pair with cheese.
