Evening in Kingston

From the kitchen of Carly

Amber rum meets Campari's bitter edge in this make-ahead punch, softened by sweet vermouth and topped with sparkling wine. Chill the base overnight, then pour and fizz. Orange twists catch the light as you sip something equal parts sophisticated and dangerously smooth.
