Enjoying a Margarita in Venezia

From the kitchen of Carly

Tequila blanco meets Aperol in this citrus-forward margarita that trades the expected lime intensity for a bittersweet aperitivo edge. Fresh orange juice and agave nectar round it out, while a salt rim keeps things grounded. Bright, balanced, dangerously easy to drink.
