Elvis Presley's Hot Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

From the kitchen of Carly

Buttery, golden-fried bread cradles creamy peanut butter and mashed banana in this iconic comfort sandwich. The crispy exterior gives way to warm, melting filling. Messy, indulgent, and best eaten with a fork. Pure nostalgia on a plate.

  • 11 small ripe banana, mashed with a fork (about 1/4 cup)
