From the kitchen of Carly

Mezcal meets carrot juice in this sophisticated sipper, warmed by cinnamon syrup and brightened by fresh lime. The pink peppercorn and salt rim adds a subtle spice that plays beautifully against the smoke. Shake it cold and strain into a coupe for a cocktail that's both earthy and refined.
