Dried Fruit Compote with Ginger Syrup

From the kitchen of Carly

Ginger beer simmered with figs, apricots, cherries, and candied ginger transforms into a syrupy, spiced compote. Sweet, warming, and genuinely addictive spooned over yogurt, ice cream, or straight from the jar. Make it ahead and thank yourself later.
