Dried Fruit and Almond Haroseth

Ingredients
4 servings
- 13/4 cup pitted dates (about 4 ounces)
- 11/3 cup raisins
- 16 small Calimyrna figs, stemmed
- 11 small orange, seeded, cubed
- 11/3 cup coarsely chopped almonds
- 11/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 11/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 11/4 cup dry red wine
Instructions
Coarsely chop first 7 ingredients in processor. Add wine and blend, using on/off turns, until orange is finely chopped but mixture is still chunky. Transfer to bowl. DO AHEAD Can be made 4 days ahead. Cover; chill.
