Ingredients

  • 11½ oz. mezcal, such as Del Maguey Vida
  • 1¾ oz. Aperol
  • 1½ oz. maraschino liqueur
  • 1¾ oz. fresh lime juice
  • 11 grapefruit twist

Instructions

  1. Shake mezcal, Aperol, maraschino liqueur, and lime juice together with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express the oils from a grapefruit peel over the top of the drink and discard.
