Cranberry and Red-Grape Relish

From the kitchen of Carly

Jewel-toned relish built on concentrated cranberry juice reduced down to its essence, then folded with fresh grapes and bright lemon. Sweet-tart and glossy, it's the kind of condiment that makes everything taste better. Make it days ahead.
