Clementine Negroni

From the kitchen of Carly

Muddled fresh clementines bring bright, juicy sweetness to the classic Negroni's bitter-herbal backbone. Gin, Campari, and vermouth blend into something citrus-forward and dangerous, best served over ice with a thin slice of clementine floating on top.
