Clementine Mulled Cider

Ingredients
4 servings
- 11 quart apple cider
- 1Peel of 2 clementines, cut into strips
- 11 cinnamon stick
- 16 whole cloves
- 18 ounces rum (optional)
Instructions
Bring cider, peels, cinnamon stick and cloves to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Keep warm until serving time. Strain into mugs; add rum, if desired.
