Ingredients

  • 11 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 13/4 cup olive oil
  • 11/4 cup Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 13 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 11/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 1N/A freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small jar; season vinaigrette to taste with salt and pepper. Shake to blend. DO AHEAD: Vinaigrette can be made 1 week ahead. Cover and chill. Shake before using.
