Cinnamon Cauliflower
From the kitchen of CarlyRoasted cauliflower florets get a warm spice treatment: cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, and garlic powder meld with sesame and olive oil. Twenty-five minutes at high heat turns them golden, crispy-edged, and fork-tender. Sweet, spicy, nutty, and wholly addictive.

- 11 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 11/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 11/2 teaspoon paprika
- 11/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 11/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 11/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 11 teaspoon sesame oil
- 13 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Spread florets from 1 head of cauliflower out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the spices, sesame oil, and olive oil.
Roast at 450° F for 20-25 minutes or until golden, fork tender, and crispy on the edges.
