Cinnamon Cauliflower

Roasted cauliflower florets get a warm spice treatment: cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, and garlic powder meld with sesame and olive oil. Twenty-five minutes at high heat turns them golden, crispy-edged, and fork-tender. Sweet, spicy, nutty, and wholly addictive.

Ingredients

  • 11 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 11/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 11/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 11/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 11/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 11/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 11 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 13 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spread florets from 1 head of cauliflower out on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the spices, sesame oil, and olive oil.

  2. Roast at 450° F for 20-25 minutes or until golden, fork tender, and crispy on the edges.
