Chilled Blueberry Soup

From the kitchen of Carly

Bright blueberries and white wine simmer into a silky, wine-dark soup that tastes like summer in a bowl. Orange juice brings citrus snap while a yogurt swirl adds creaminess. Serve it chilled when you need something refreshing and slightly fancy.
