Cherry Smash

From the kitchen of Carly

Boozy, bright, and deeply cherry-forward, this cocktail layers Cognac, orange curaçao, and cherry liqueur over macerated Bing cherries you've been steeping for a day. Smash those cherries in the glass, shake it cold, and you've got a sophisticated sipper that tastes like luxury.
