Ingredients

- 11 cup (130 g) cacao beans
- 15 cups (1.2 liters or 2½ pints) fresh coconut water or good-quality bottled coconut water
Instructions
In a dry small saucepan or frying pan, toast the cacao beans until browned on both sides and fragrant, 5, 8 minutes. In a large pitcher, combine the cacao beans and coconut water. Cover and refrigerate for 2 days. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve (discard the cacao beans). Serve over ice.
