Cabbage and Apple Salad

From the kitchen of Carly

Crisp cabbage meets tart apple in this bright, crunchy salad anchored by toasted caraway seeds and tender kale. A simple lemon vinaigrette brings everything together. Light enough for lunch, substantial enough to stand alongside roasted chicken or fish.
