Bloodied Belgian

From the kitchen of Carly

Scotch and vermouth meet blood orange juice in this tart, spirit-forward cocktail, then sour ale softens the edges with funky complexity. Bright enough to sip before dinner, bold enough to stand alone. Those cherries aren't just pretty, they're the perfect bitter finish.
