Blistered Baby Zucchini, Baby Pattypan Squash, and Grilled Tomatoes

From the kitchen of Carly

High-heat grilling transforms delicate summer squash and tomatoes into charred, blistered vegetables with soft interiors. Baby zucchini and pattypan squash turn tender and slightly sweet while tomatoes collapse into themselves. Simple, beautiful, ready in minutes.
