Bill Heck's Old Fashioned

From the kitchen of Carly

A proper Old Fashioned built on muddled citrus and cherry, where sugar cubes dissolve into bitters and bourbon. The fruit work releases bright oils that coat each sip, while equal parts club soda and ginger ale keep things balanced and refreshing.
