Ingredients

  • 11 1/4 ounces gin
  • 13/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 11 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 18 ounces chilled Pilsner
  • 1Dash of Angostura bitters (optional)
  • 1Lemon slice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Vigorously stir gin, lemon juice, and honey in a pint glass until honey is dissolved. Fill glass partway with ice. Top with beer and stir gently to combine. Top with bitters, if using, and garnish with a lemon slice.
