Beer Americano
From the kitchen of CarlyA built Americano gets a frothy upgrade with lager foam. Campari and sweet vermouth chill over ice, then top with whipped beer and a citrus garnish. Bitter, herbal, and surprisingly refreshing, this one walks the line between aperitif and cocktail.

- 11 1/2 ounces Campari
- 11 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica Formula
- 13 ounces lager
- 1Orange zest
- 1for garnish
Instructions
Combine the Campari, vermouth, and 6 ice cubes in a tall tumbler or Burgundy wineglass. Stir with a bar spoon to chill. Pour the lager into a separate glass and whip the beer into a foam using an Aerolatteor immersion blender. Top the cocktail with beer foam and finish with orange zest.
