BA Party Mix
From the kitchen of CarlyGarlic-butter roasted mix of Bugles, pretzels, peanuts, pepitas, and crispy green peas. Spiked with Worcestershire and two kinds of mustard, then toasted until every piece is golden and crunchy. Impossibly addictive party snack.

- 14 cups Bugles (original flavor)
- 13 cups whole wheat sesame pretzel rounds or other small pretzels
- 12 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- 11 cup raw shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 11 cup store-bought roasted green peas (not wasabi flavor)
- 16 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 112 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 12 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 11 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 11/2 teaspoon English mustard powder
- 11/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 11/2 teaspoon paprika plus more for sprinkling
- 11/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 13 cups Terra Stix

- 1is available at many supermarkets and at specialty foods stores.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and gently cook to infuse butter, about 5 minutes. Strain into a small bowl, pressing to extract garlic juices; discard garlic. Stir in Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, mustard powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Pour over mixture in bowl and gently toss to coat.
Divide mixture between 2 baking sheets and spread in an even layer. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry and toasted, about 1 hour. Sprinkle mixture with a few pinches of paprika. Toss and let cool completely on baking sheets (party mix will become crispy as it cools).
Transfer party mix to a large bowl. Add Terra Stix and toss to mix well. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 week ahead. Store airtight at room temperature.
