  • 12 ounces light rum
  • 12 ounces gold rum
  • 11/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 11/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 12 ounces simple syrup
  • 11/4 medium-ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 11/2 ounce half-and-half
  • 11 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender and blend on high until just smooth, about 20 seconds. Divide mixture between two cocktail glasses and serve.
