Ingredients

  • 11 avocado, halved
  • 14 cups (950 ml/32 fl oz) water
  • 1½ cup (120 ml/4 fl oz) lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1½ cup (100 g) sugar
  • 1plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado into a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more sugar to taste, if desired. Serve over ice.
