Arnie’s Gimlet Slush

A slushy gimlet that trades the martini glass for pure refreshment. Strong black tea grounds the vodka and lime, while simple syrup smooths everything into an icy, drinkable cocktail. Mint finishes it off with brightness and mint.

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 16 ounces vodka
  • 15 ounces simple syrup
  • 14 ounces chilled brewed black tea
  • 13 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1Mint sprigs (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, simple syrup, tea, and lime juice in a blender and freeze 3–12 hours (mixture will be partially frozen).

  2. Add 2 cups ice to mixture and blend until thick and smooth. Divide among glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.
