Campari and tequila get shaken into bright, citrusy submission, then topped with a crisp IPA for a drink that tastes like late afternoon feels. Bitter, refreshing, and dangerously easy to drink when the day still has hours left.

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 13/4 ounce Campari
  • 13/4 ounce tequila blanco
  • 13/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 11/2 ounce agave nectar
  • 18 ounces chilled American IPA
  • 1Lime wheel (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine Campari, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a pint glass and top with beer. Garnish with lime wheel.
